Engineered and built of high-quality special-grade steel, our threading dies are fully tempered and hardened to bear extremely long service life and remain reliable throughout. Dies for the REMS® Tornado and Magnum are available, as well as a full Die Set S, which contains quick-change die heads and extension levers for cutting pipe threads in hard-to-reach areas, giving you more options to take on difficult pipefitting jobs. Complete with differently sized specially mounted dies, this set has precise pipe guidance at the cover side that ensures perfect pipe centering and easy start-cutting.

Designed to cut mild steel threaded rods, the 10mm. Threaded Rod Cutter from REMS® has a unique design that protects the rod from damage during the cutting process. The REMS® 4” Automatic Die Head offers heavy-duty strength with a compact threading attachment that helps thread tapered pipe threads and nipple-threading, while the stepless, auto-opening die head eliminates the need for any time-consuming reverse function.

In addition to our selection of REMS dies, we also offer universal dies in a variety of sizes for Reed products as well. These dies fit Reed’s 5301PD Power Drive, Rigid 300, 300 Compact, 535, 535 Automatic, 1215, 1822-I, 1224 plus the Reed R811 Universal Die Head. The R811 uses Reed or other universal dies from Rigid, Wheeler-Rex, Berkley, and some private brands. With easy-to-adjust size selection, this head fits Reed’s 5301 Power Drive and Rigid machine models 300, 535, and 1822. There is also the Reed NPT Block Dies for steel, stainless steel, PVC, and CPVC pipes as well as the 1/2"—3/4” Alloy Universal Die and the 1/2”—3/4” Universal Die, which add a chamfer to the outside edge of the pipe for welding purposes.
