Featuring an automatic return that is capable of pipe pressing joints DIAMETER 12mm – 40mm, this cordless axial press is a universal and lightweight tool that can add power and convenience to your arsenal.

The Ax-Press 25 uses REMS forged and specially hardened steel compression heads with spring locks for seating common compression inserts to achieve perfect press joints. With system-specific heads, the Ax-Press offers perfect system conformity. Designed to correspond to the respective compression sleeve system, the heads give you precise expanding for superior quality.

Made of powder coated alloy for lightweight handling, the press tool offers optimum weight distribution for single-hand operation. With a lightweight and compact build, the press tool can be used anywhere, and an integrated LED work light keeps your workspace fully illuminated. Also featuring an extension for enlarging the clamping distance on the pressing sleeve, the Ax-Press makes for a convenient and excellent all-purpose press tool.

The Ax-Press 25 is powered by an electro-hydraulic drive with a battery motor of 21.6V, 380 W with a robust planetary gear, compact high-power hydraulic system, and eccentric reciprocating pump. The drive is powered by a highly resistant Li-Ion 21.6V Battery with 1.5 Ah capacity for longer service life, offering 50% more pressings than Li-Ion 14.4V Batteries.

With this basic pack, you’ll receive a REMS Ax-Press 25 22V ACC drive unit without the battery, one Li-Ion 21.6V, 1.5 Ah Battery, a Rapid Li-Ion 230V Battery Charger, and a steel case with inlay to store and carry it all in.
