Engineered to be a robust, compact, high-performance machine, the REMS Magnum (up to 50mm) can be used for a variety of applications, including threading, cutting, deburring, nipple threading, and roll grooving. This tool is able to produce 16mm-63mm pipe threads and (6) 8mm-60mm bolt threads quickly and effortlessly.

Powered by a fast pole-reversible capacitor motor, 230V, 50 Hz, 2100W, 52/26 rpm the Magnum is extremely quiet while running for less strain on the ears when on the job. An operator-friendly safety foot switch with an emergency-stop can be loaded with the full body weight during operation, while a completely maintenance-free gear runs in a sealed oil bath for superior safety and overall performance respectively.

Features a proven quick-action hammer chuck the Magnum offers self-tightening with no slippage of pipes, while secure clamping of longer pipes is possible thanks to the large space provided between the chuck and centering device. Oil distribution directly onto the threading point is optimized through the die head while the automatic lubrication and high volume cooling oil pump helps to ensure clean threads overall. The self-centering, ergonomic, wide handled pipe cutter for powerful infeed of the spindle as well as the easy-to-handle deburring device for adjustable deburring positioning make nearly any cutting job quick and effortless.
