The REMS Power-Press ACC Basic Pack is a powerful and reliable tool to create accurate and solid pipe pressing joints for all common pressfitting systems. Engineered from powder coated alloy for more lightweight handling, this small, slender, robust press tool allows for overhead use as well as easy use in narrow spaces. This Power-Press is able to make secure crimping on DIAMETER 10mm – 108mm pipes in just seconds thanks to highly durable pressing tongs made from forged, hardened special steel.

Featuring an incredibly handy touch-control switch-off switch, the REMS Power-Press even includes a sensor for picking up acoustic signals once a perfect joint is achieved when the pressing tongs are completely closed. The operator can easily observe the perfect pressing joint while the jaws are closed since the pressing tongs remain in a closed position until the reset button is pushed and released.

Compact and jobsite-proven, this press tool is powered by an incredibly strong electro-hydraulic drive with a universal motor of 450 W, robust planetary gear, compact high-power hydraulic system, and eccentric reciprocating pump. The drive features a thrust force of 32kN.
