Engineered to guarantee a secure rotation of the pipe the proven grooving rollers with perfectly size-adjusted pressure rollers and counterpressure rollers with well gripping axial knurls offer precise grooving you can count on. Machined from specially hardened steel, these rollers provide extended life and lasting performance.

Powerful in-feed of the pressure roller is achieved via an oil hydraulic pressure cylinder on the Roll Grooving Attachment, while an individually adjustable groove-depth-stop offers fine adjustment for automatic limitation of groove depth. The REMS Amigo, Amigo 2, Amigo 2 Compact, Tornado, and Magnum require only one roll grooving device for perfect grooving. The 3-face drive shaft on the attachment allows for secure clamping and optimum power transmission.
