Blades & Blade Holders

These blades are available in a variety of shapes and sizes to easily cut through tough debris and gunk that can’t normally be unclogged via a jetter. From durable U blades that can easily cut through general clogs in 50mm – 152mm pipes to saw blades that shred through root intrusions in 76mm – 152mm pipes, and grease blades that scoop up and clear away grease build-up in 76mm – 152mm pipes, our selection of blades and blade holders can help you clear out almost any standard pipe system. Cable Ends & Accessories

To keep your Spartan® sewer jetter working at peak capacity, and to add versatility and convenience to your arsenal, ANC Distribution provides a large selection of sewer jetter cable ends and accessories. A variety of handy attachments are available, including retrieval attachments that help you retrieve cloths or other objects that have fallen into the pipe. A healthy selection of hardware and ends is also offered, which includes female couplings, male couplings, splicers, double males, long male couplings, and expansion pins for sewer jetters that have 15mm, 13mm, 16mm, and 19mm cables. If you’re looking for a replacement part for repair or to tailor your sewer jetter to your particular application, ANC Distribution has you covered.

Nozzles

ANC Distribution provides a wide range of Spartan® high-performance sewer jetter nozzles to give you more options to take on a variety of drain cleaning jobs. Jetter nozzles come in a variety of types that are designed to perform different tasks in the pipe. A drain cleaner may need several types of jetter nozzles in order to completely finish the job. Knowing which type of nozzle and their purpose can get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Spartan® nozzles are made of stainless steel or brass, ideal for removing anything from roots to soft blockages. The degree of opening changes depending on use. The 20-degree shoots more into the sidewalls of the pipe for better cleaning but provides less pull and cornerability. The 30 degree provides good cleaning and better cornerability for multiple bend pipes, while the 45 degree provides maximum pull and cornerability for complex piping configurations and long runs.

Below are some of the major nozzle designs and their intended uses:

Open Nozzle

An open nozzle has a small orifice in its tip that allows a stream of water to shoot in front of the nozzle, attacking soft blockages with a laser beam-like effect. This type of nozzle is typically used for initial penetration of 3” - 10” sewer lines with medium to heavy stoppages. Forward jet stream helps break up obstructions before rear facing jets flush the debris down the line. Commonly used for deposits of grease and soap. Available in 20 and 30 degrees.

Closed Nozzle

Designed for 3” - 10” lines with rear facing jets only. The closed front is the best option for pulling the hose furthest down the line. Commonly used for general cleaning tasks. Available in 20, 30, and 45 degrees.

Rocket Nozzle

Recommended for cleaning heavily compacted lines of silt, sand, or sludge in 3” - 12” lines. The orifices can be switched to make an open or closed nozzle depending on the operator’s requirement.

Sand Shoe Nozzle

A sand shoe nozzle is designed to be used in storm sewers and culverts with heavy sand buildup. They are heavier and flatter than standard nozzles because they are designed to tilt upward from the bottom of the pipe, shooting the rear-facing jets directly downward to liquify impacted sand, rocks, and debris and flush it from the pipe.

Q Nozzle

The Q nozzle is a triple-pointed nozzle designed to push debris forward, or "upstream" in a pipe. This nozzle is ideal for cleaning lines when you can't access the blockage from the lower side of the pipe.

Rotating Nozzle

A rotating nozzle operates like a standard nozzle except the center portion of the nozzle rotates. The rotating portion sprays the pipe wall, like a scrub brush in a drinking glass, ensuring that the total inside diameter of the pipe is being cleaned as it goes down the line. These nozzles are great for grease blockages.

Warthog® Nozzles

Warthog® nozzles are designed to run at specific pressures and flows. The nozzle has a forward oscillating orifice to clean any debris in its path, reward orifices to propel the nozzle in the line, and two spinning orifices which slow the nozzle for a superior clean. These nozzles can clear grease, soap, sand, and roots.

Sewer Jetters

ANC Distribution supplies you with a variety of Spartan® sewer jetters to help speed up the cleaning process and give you more options for unclogging and maintaining drainpipes with efficiency. Incredibly easy to use and versatile, our sewer jetters are even easy to transport and are built tough to last for years.

The entry level Trailor Mount 738 Hydro Jetter delivers 2,000 PSI at 12 GPM (45 LPM), the dual axle 746 Hydro Jetter that delivers 4,000 PSI at 12 GPM (45 LPM), and the high performing 758 Hydro Jetter that delivers 3,000 PSI at 12 GPM (45LPM). Built for quick and easy transport, these jetters can be connected to the ends of your truck, while their high-quality design provides steady pulsation through the hose for reduced friction and improved control.

ANC Distribution offers a number of different package deals for Spartan’s jetters, allowing you to pick and choose the right jetter for the job. Package #16 is an ideal choice for tight spaces with limited mobility thanks to the powerful 727 Cart Mounted Jetter, which features a triplex ceramic plunger pump with an adjustable pressure regulator. A hands-free foot pedal keeps operation easy and convenient, while the two included nozzles distinctly allow for easy cornering or improved power.

The Soldier Jetter is included in Package #17 along with nozzles and a wash-down kit, making this package an excellent choice for cleaning out regular debris, grease, and other unwanted materials no matter the weather or conditions. A warthog nozzle, regular open and closed nozzles, and rocket nozzle are also available for use with this package to give you more options.

If you need more versatility and control over the job, Package #18 is your choice. The high-strength Warrior Jetter, rubber supply hose, and trap-cleaning hose provide plenty of power and adaptability, while you have further options of including the remote-control module, warrior nozzle kit, service kit, or warthog cleaning nozzle, meaning you get even more control to take on different cleaning tasks.
