Flexitanks / Bulk Liquid

ANC Distribution flexitanks provide a perfect environment for transporting liquid goods in freight containers. The advanced technology of the flexitanks replaces bulkheads with integrated harnessing, and so helps prevent container damages with zero sidewall pressure. Flexitanks are easy to fit and install, some in as little as 3 minutes! Made of high-performance materials for long-lasting reliability, all our flexitanks are approved via test certifications by the Container Owners Association and the Association of American Railroads. We offer a variety of highly specialized flexitanks, including our popular Easy Flexitank, which can be quickly installed in 20ft. containers, our Heater Flexitank, which features an internally integrated steam heating system, our 20ft. and 40ft. Reefer Flexitanks, which helps maintain temperature control thanks to its E-Flex design, and our full-length truck trailer flexitanks.

Easy Flexitank

Designed for transporting liquids in 20ft. Freight containers, the Easy Flexitank is simple, convenient, and prevents container damages thanks to zero sidewall pressure! Installed and fitted by two people in as little as three minutes, the Easy Flexitank is the only flexitank that does not require bulkheads or special fitting equipment. With a patented harnessed wave breaking design, patented bonnet protection around the valve as a secondary security and for hygiene, and the possibility to load two different liquid products with two separate compartments in a single tank, the Easy Flexitank is a great economical choice for transporting liquid goods!

Heater Flexitank

Thanks to a special E-flex design with a surrounding steam liner, the Heater Flexitank uses advanced technology steam heating to heat liquid products up to 20 times faster compared to conventional flexitanks with standard heater pads. The Heater Flexitank is the first and only flexitank in the industry with an internally integrated heating system, which features direct and efficient heat transmission to the core of the cargo.

20ft. Reefer Flexitank

With an advanced E-flex design, the 20ft. Reefer Flexitank is designed specifically for commodities that require careful temperature control. The Reefer Flexitank is easily installed and fitted by two people in as little as three minutes and is applicable for all kinds of 20ft. reefer containers. The Reefer Flexitank produces low residue and features an environmentally friendly design with a carbon footprint that’s 40% less than conventional flexitanks due to the elimination of bulkheads.

40ft. Reefer Flexitank

With an advanced E-flex design, the 40ft. Reefer Flexitank is designed specifically for commodities that require careful temperature control and features a monobloc (one piece) structure and harnessed wave breaking design. The Reefer Flexitank is easily installed, doesn’t feature the need to go inside the container to load or discharge, and is applicable for all kinds of 40ft. reefer containers and reefer trucks. The Reefer Flexitank produces low residue and features an environmentally friendly design with a carbon footprint that’s 40% less than conventional flexitanks due to the elimination of bulkheads.

Truck Flexitank

The Truck Flexitank is the first and only flexitank applicable for truck trailers, reefer trucks, 40ft. ISO containers, 48ft. Containers, 40ft. Reefer containers, and North American 53ft. Vans! Despite its large size, the Truck Flexitank remains simple to install and fit by two people and retains the patented, robust, wave breaking design to provide a stabilized load. With single-use, hygienic transportation, the Truck Flexitank eliminates the chemical contamination risk compared to the road tanker cleaning process. In addition, the Truck Flexitank allows the return of loads of conventional cargo when liquid is not available, or vice versa, and allows for economical transportation in remote areas!
