ANC Distribution New Zealand Ltd offers next business day shipping from our warehouses on a selection of orders.

If there are any unexpected delays with release from our warehouse, we will contact you to keep you informed.

We work together with trusted shipping partners to help ensure your package arrives safely and in the same condition that it left our warehouse.

All of our orders are fully insured. In order to ensure the security of your purchase, all orders must be signed for on delivery. This process reduces the potential for fraud and theft.

General orders are delivered by New Zealand Couriers services. For larger orders or bulky items we may work with other carriers to find the most effective and efficient option to deliver your goods on time and at a cost-effective price.

ANC Distribution New Zealand Ltd. reserves the right to alter or substitute shipping carriers without notice.

If your order is deemed to be large or bulky, we will contact you regarding the delivery of your purchase.

NOTE: When offered, free shipping is subject to weights and dimensions. We reserve the right to cancel free shipping transactions or change them to free in store pickup.

ANC DISTRIBUTION RETURNS POLICY

All returns and replacements are subject to the following policy and conditions:

Items purchased on the ANC Distribution New Zealand Ltd website are returnable directly to their place of purchase. It is advisable to check the purchased product warranty details for precise warranty claims and length of accepted warranty. All items sold by ANC Distribution may be subject to itemised policies and restrictions. Please contact the distributor on: 0508 426 272 for further product information.

Cargo equipment and accessories, pipetools electric equipment, power supplies, batteries, and industrial products are all returnable for replacement or repair during their warranty period. These items are not able to be returned for credit.

Purchased items are not able to be returned unless proven they are defective. Only then can that product be exchanged for the same item. Any orders that have been purchased in bulk, a special order or discounted product, or items on promotion are not returnable under any circumstances and cannot be issued credit.

Unless contracted for installation or support services, ANC Distribution New Zealand Ltd. will not assist in the installation or configuration of items under any circumstances.

No opened or used items can be returned for credit.

Returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees. It is the Customer’s responsibility for the shipping of the returned items back to the originated warehouse. ANC Distribution New Zealand Ltd is not responsible for any shipping charges for returns. The restocking fee covers credit card fees, processing, order handling and other expenses. The restocking fee is variable and depends on the product type, manufacturer and other conditions.
