Radial Pressing Tools

REMS® radial press tools are universal, handy electric pieces of equipment with automated circuit control for producing pipe pressing joints for all common pressfitting systems. With radial press tools, you can secure crimping in seconds with the automatic locking of the pressing tongs for a proper, solid fit. Thanks to their compact, handy, and light design, REMS® radial tools work anywhere; free-hand, overhead, in confined areas, and more, with an optimum weight distribution that allows for easy single-hand use. The swiveling design makes it even easier to maneuver into difficult spots and freely operate. Only one type of pressing tongs/pressing rings is needed for all REMS® radial presses (except for REMS Mini-Press ACC, REMS Mini-Press 22 V ACC) and radial presses of other makes. With an ergonomically shaped housing and powerful battery, you get the very best in the industry for seamlessly pressing and crimping pipe.

Mini-Press

Ultra-light. Ultra-small. Ultra-handy. Ultra-fast. REMS® Mini-Press series of radial pressfitting tools is full 360° rotatable and super compact for getting into the most hard-to-reach areas. The automatic circuit control produces pipe pressing joints with ease and can be used easily with one-hand. Made to be operated with REMS® mini pressing tongs/pressing rings, the Mini-Press tool features a swiveling pressing tongs seat with automatic locking for optimal clearance and ease of use. With an added LED work light, you can easily install, fit, and crimp pipe fittings with efficiency and minimal hassle!

Power-Press

Built with a robust electro-mechanical drive unit, the Power-Press pipe pressing tool is tough, rugged, and ultra-reliable. The special drive unit features a maintenance-free reduction gear with safety slipping clutch and feed system, along with a trapezoidal gear spindle, meaning the Power-Press will smoothly and easily crimp pipe fittings and release them, and the proven universal motor will maintain its strength and dependability for years. The pressing jaws remain closed until switched into reverse, while the unit is force-protected to prevent unnecessary damage.

Akku-Press

The new REMS® Akku-Press pipe pressing tool features an impressive electro-hydraulic drive unit for smoothly and easily crimping and fitting pipe joints. The Akku-Press tool was built with optimum weight distribution in mind so it can be properly and efficiently used in single-hand situations. Featuring a 360° swiveling pressing tongs seat with automatic locking, and an Automatic-Circuit-Control (ACC), which allows for automatic retraction after completion of pressing operation, the Akku-Press is both highly versatile and convenient! To top it all off, a robust planetary gear and eccentric reciprocating pump and compact, high-power hydraulic system with a safety tip switch make this an ideal solution for fitting pipe joints.

Eco-Press

Designed to provide optimal leverage in an economical package, the REMS® Eco-Press is simple but highly effective. Made compact, handy, and light, the drive unit features short, dividable tubular arms for individual adjustment of leverage in order to accommodate different force demands of different pressfitting systems. This means that, even with a simple design, the Eco-Press provides plenty of options for taking on different tasks! A secure seating of the pressing tongs is accomplished through locking pins, and final-lock-positioning enables a visual check of a perfectly pressed joint with the pressing tongs completely closed.

Axial Pressing Tools

Compact and strong, REMS® axial press tools quickly and efficiently produce compression sleeve joints. With a super light design with optimum weight distribution for single-hand operation, the axial press tool makes for a handy and easy tool. A powerful 22V lithium-ion battery allows for up to 50% more pressings, while an automatic return feature speeds up the process. With only one type of compression head needed for all REMS® Ax-Press models, you get easy, economic stocking and spend less on different hardware.

Simply line up the Ax-Press pipe pressing tool with the length of the pipe and fit the compression head over the sleeve joint. Operate the Ax-Press and let it take care of the rest, providing a solid seal and automatically returning.
