The REMS Akku-Curvo 22V Basic Pack can get the job done quickly and efficiently to produce perfectly precise and wrinkle-free bends in pipe. Ideal for working with a variety of pipes and tubes of different sizes and types, this bender boasts a universal design that makes it ideal for heating, sanitary, air conditioning, refrigerating, and hydraulic applications. You can easily use it at the jobsite or at the workshop without the need for frustrating set up.

Featuring integral absorption of torque during the bending process, this bending tool is both powerful and easy to handle, and its practical D-shaped handle with soft grip allows for easy, one-handed operation. To ensure precise bending, over bend, double bend, tier bend, and reversed bend, a fast and creep speed with immediate stop has been included in the design. The Akku-Curvo is operated by a Li-Ion 21.6V, 5.0 Ah battery that allows the bender to perform 90-degree pipe bends of stainless steel DIAMETER 22mm press fitting systems with one battery charge.

Thanks to the strength of the Akku-Curvo, you’ll be able to easily bend DIAMETER 10mm-28mm hard, half-hard, soft copper tubes (also thin-walled), DIAMETER 10mm-18mm coated soft copper tubes (also thin-walled), DIAMETER 9mm-28mm thick-walled copper pipes K65 for refrigeration and air conditioning technology EN 12735-1, DIAMETER 12mm-28mm stainless steel pipes for pressfitting systems, DIAMETER 12mm-28mm carbon steel, also coated, pipes, DIAMETER 10mm-28mm soft precision steel tubes, DIAMETER 6mm-19mm steel pipes EN 10255, DIAMETER 16mm-25mm electric conduit EN 50086, and DIAMETER 14mm-40mm multi-layer composite tubes.

Included in this basic pack is a REMS Akku-Curvo 22V drive unit without the battery, one 21.6V, 5.0 Ah Li-Ion Battery, a Rapid Charger 230V for the battery, an insert bolt, and a steel case with inlay for storage.
