The REMS Multi-Push SL Set for a powerful method of flushing and pressure testing unit with an oil-free compressor to efficiently test pipe systems. Compact but strong, this unit can perform more than 10 automatically running flushing and pressure testing programs, meaning you can easily handle a variety of testing jobs without issue or complication. These programs include tests for flushing with water or a water/air mixture, disinfection, cleaning, preservation of pipe systems, for pressure testing of pipe systems and vessels with compressed air or water, as a pneumatic pump for controlled filling of all types of vessels with compressed air, and for operation of pneumatic tools.

The Multi-Push features a 230V, 1500W capacity motor, which powers a strong oil-free piston compressor and crank drive for optimal force. Equipped with measuring and control devises and safety devises, this unit provides automatic flushing and test programs that document results while also avoiding contamination of the pipe network by flow-back. The unit is securely mounted on a large tubular steel frame as a compressed air tank with two practical handles for easy carrying. This unit remains both tough and transportable with a folding handle grip, a pair of rubber tires for smooth movement, and two rubber feet for stable standing.

Controlled with a menu-guided input and menu-guided control, this unit allows you to utilise more than 10 flushing and test programs in 26 languages with an edit option to adapt the factory-set test criteria (test sequences, pressures, and times) or defaults to the respective national safety provisions, rules, and regulations valid for the application site. This unit even offers convenient data management, since flushing and test results are saved with the date, time, and log number in the selected language can be transferred to a USB stick or printer for documentation. A printer is available as an accessory. Additions to saved data, e.g. customer name, project number, tester, are possible on external devises (e.g. PC, laptop, tablet-PC, Smartphone).
